Some of Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger’s most aggressive suggested gun policy changes won’t be happening. On Wednesday, the state Senate and House of Delegates rejected multiple recommendations she sent over. The votes unravel what would have been an effective ban on the carry of magazines that hold more than 15 rounds, a restriction above and beyond what the legislature initially proposed.
