On the heels of an unbeaten post-Bruen streak that ended blanket state-level bans on non-resident gun-carry permits, advocates have hit a new roadblock in their quest to expand cross-border carry rights. In a unanimous decision, a three-judge panel for the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals this week dismissed a lawsuit challenging Minnesota’s limited recognition of out-of-state gun-carry permits.
