I’ve owned, from the late ‘70s until the present, four chronographs. The first two were the folding Shooting Chronys. They folded in half for easy storage and transportation but had a habit of cutting important wires when folded if you weren’t careful. They were powered by one 9-volt battery. I shot both of them. Not shot over both of them, but I literally shot them.
