In fact, it took a five-and-a-half hour measuring session and 18 months of consideration to officially score the “Butcher Buck” with a gross score of 343 4/8 inches and a net score of 321 3/8 inches, making him the second largest in bowhunting history and the fourth biggest ever recorded.
